These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of glsolutionsgroup.com (the “Site”) and any consulting services you request from GL SOLUTIONS SERVICES LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a limited liability company organized in the State of Delaware. By using the Site or requesting our services, you agree to these Terms.
GL SOLUTIONS SERVICES LLC provides business consulting, formation assistance, EIN application guidance, business setup and organization support, and educational business credit guidance.
We are not a law firm, accounting firm, tax preparation service, or financial institution. Nothing on the Site or in our services constitutes legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice, and no attorney–client, accountant–client, or fiduciary relationship is created by using the Site or working with us. For matters that require a licensed professional, you should consult one. Any filings, applications, or decisions you make remain your responsibility.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site or request our services. We serve clients remotely, primarily in New Jersey and elsewhere in the United States. If you are located outside the United States, you are responsible for making sure our services are appropriate for your situation.
Submitting the contact form or requesting a consultation does not create an obligation on either side. The scope, fees, and timeline of any engagement will be confirmed in writing (including by email) before work begins. We may decline any request at our discretion.
Fees, if any, are quoted before an engagement starts and are payable as agreed in writing. Prices may change for future engagements. Fees do not include government filing fees, third-party service costs, or other expenses unless expressly stated.
Consultations may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Fees for consultations or services that have already been delivered are non-refundable. If we are unable to deliver an agreed service, we will refund any prepaid amount for the undelivered portion.
We work to give you clear, practical guidance, but we cannot guarantee any particular outcome — including approval of any application, formation of any entity, a specific business credit result, or any financial return. Results depend on your circumstances, third parties, and decisions outside our control.
The Site’s content — text, design, graphics, and code — belongs to GL SOLUTIONS SERVICES LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable law. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. Any materials we prepare for you during an engagement are for your use in your business; you may not resell or redistribute them.
The Site may reference or link to third-party websites, government agencies, or service providers. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GL SOLUTIONS SERVICES LLC and its members, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising from your use of the Site or our services. Our total liability for any claim relating to our services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us and attempt in good faith to resolve the issue for at least 30 days.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when they were last revised. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
